Miramar provides complete multi-residential, condominium and commercial management services. We oversee all aspect of the property management business including the renting of units, the collection of rent, the production and distribution of all correspondence and legal documentation associated with rentals including filings with Landlord and Tenant Tribunal. We provide full accounting services including the review and payment of all invoices associated with the operation of the building, the appropriate disbursements as per the directive of the owners and all accounting actions required for year-end reporting.
Miramar employs an in-house maintenance team who provide the following services: carpentry, painting, plastering, plumbing and air quality (mold remediation) services. Miramar also has a network of key service providers with whom we have worked for large scale projects. These include roofing companies, boiler and HVAC system experts, drain and water flow service etc. The cost of repairs and renovations are billed using a formula composed of the cost of materials plus the cost of labour per hours worked.
