2655 Bloor Street West

I live in 2655 Bloor St. W., one of the Miramar building for almost 3 years. Funny thing is, my A/C got broken down around beginning of June(same as the guy below) but I was told by my superintendent Eric that due to COVID, it will be a bit delay. I got my A/C replaced after a week or so. This building is always clean, Eric has been super helpful and nice every time I have problem. I used to live in another Miramar building, 130 Oriole Parkway, the super Dinah was very nice as well. After all, I would recommend Miramar buildings to my friends.

Our building is well-maintained and our concierges have added a touch of magic to it in the past couple of years. Beautiful flowers are in the garden as well as picnic tables overlooking birds and nature. The common hallways have thoughtful artwork. Our space, which we lived in for 8 + years, has something you won’t get in modern condos: a massive bedroom that has room enough for a nursery, bed and office space . I’ve lived in Montreal in buildings that were older and have had pests and leaks and I can say this is not that. It may be the last affordable place in Toronto for families. We feel lucky to live here and if we ever move to a house will miss it!

I am on the board of our townhouse condominium complex, and have had the pleasure of working with Miramar as our manager for the past three years. After dealing with difficult to reach and unresponsive managers in the past, before and after joining the board, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Tony and his team at Miramar. We have received professional, attentive, and friendly service throughout our relationship - often with Miramar going well out of their way to help the corporation solve problems, and deal with some of the issues that arose before they arrived. I would recommend their services without hesitation.
